Hello, I’m Sasha. My major is neuroscience at the University of Bristol. At school I loved all my studies, especially English, maths and sciences, but sport outside the classroom was always my favourite. I have so far specialised in teaching one-to-one tuition for maths and sciences, for English students sitting GCSE exams and lower, but am happy to broaden my spectrum. I think it is important for the student to build a relationship of trust with their tutor instead of seeing them as a teacher for one-hour sessions at a time. I feel this bond allows them the freedom and confidence to speak out when they are stuck, or not happy with the pace, or finding something easy, which aids them in their studies and in general communication throughout life.
